Chicken with Milk

Category:


1) Ingredients: flour, Chicken (250gr per person), Butter, Milk (half glass per portion), salt.

2) Prepare the chicken:

a) Cut the chicken in smaller slices.
b) Dip the chiken in the flour.

3) Cook the chicken:

a) Put a bit of butter in the pan, in order to avoid that the chicken sticks to it.
b) Put the chicken in the pan for 2-3 min.
c) Add milk.
d) While milk is boiling put a bit of salt in the pan.

4) Finish:

a) When the milk gets creamy it's ready! Enjoy your meal!!!

Swedish Crumble

Category:



1) Ingredients: flour (3dl), sugar (1 deciliter), butter (125 g), sliced fruit and/or berries of own personal taste (400-600g),  a pinch of salt. (Optional, add 0,5-1dl of oat meel for a richness in texture and taste)

2) Prepare the crumble:

    a) Pour in the dry ingredients
    b) Make sure the butter is room temperature
    c) Add the butter in small pieces and mix until the paste/dough is thoroughly mixed and
        smoothe.
    d) Put the fruit/berries in a buttered oven secure dish
    e) Add sugar if you are using sour fruit/berries and finally some potatoe flour to bind the
        juices.
    e) Spread your dough evenly over the fruit/berries

3) Baking

    a) Bake the crumble in a pre-heated (225 degrees) for 25 min or until it gets a golden
        brown color

4) Crumble is done! You can evetually add ice-cream or vanillasauce when serving it.

Temaki Sushi

1) Ingredients:
                      rice (normal one), vinegar for SUSHI, soy sauce, seaweed/
                      cucumber, egg omlet, salmon, avocado,canned tsuna

2) Cook rice: 
                      a) take the rice and put it in the pot
                      b) wash the rice with water and drain water off
                      c) repeat process(b) 2-3 times
                      d) put water in the pot
                               *You need the same amount of water as rice you used
                      e) put the pot on fire
                               *wait about 30-40 min
                                 (you can prepare other ingredients while waiting!)

3) Cook SUSHI rice:

                      a) take SUSHI vinegar  *You need 30ml vinegar per 1 cup of rice
                      b) mix vinegar with rice

4) Wrapping:
                      a) cut seaweed into half size
                      b) take a sheet of seaweed and put rice on it
                               * You must be careful not to put too much rice to form neatly!!
                      c) choose 1-2 ingredients and put them on tice
                      d) wrapping
                      e) dip SUSHI in soy sauce

DONE!! TRY IT!!

Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Category:



1) Ingredients: pasta (70-120 gr/person), water, coarse salt, tomato sauce, oregano.

2) Cook pasta:
                      a) put the pot full of water on the cooker
                      b) wait till the water is boiling
                      c) add the course salt
                      d) pour the pasta e wait the waiting time (written on the package)

3) Cook sauce:
                      a) pour same oil on the saucepan
                      b) put the sauce inside
                      c) let it boiling and taste it after around 5 min

4) After the cooking time is over, drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato sauce into the pot.

5) The dish is done, if you want at the end you can add oregano or Parmesan cheese.
